We are located at Flat No C-912 in the Arihant building on Plot No: 4 in Sector - 35 G, Kharghar. Since we are up on the 9th floor, we get a decent view of the surrounding area and all the new construction happening in Raigarh. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it despite all the files and computers. Kharghar is a growing place, and there is always some new building going up nearby, which keeps us busy. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different contractors and making sure the materials are being delivered to the right spots. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments; it is mostly just a small team of us sitting around and making sure the projects stay on track. The commute to the office can be a bit long for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the Navi Mumbai roads over the years. We don't really have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just come in, check the emails, make the necessary calls, and try to make sure the work on the ground is actually getting done. It can be a bit chaotic at times when multiple things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time and keep moving.
