You can find Valiance Builders and Developers Private Limited over in Kamothe, specifically in Sector 22. We operate out of Flat No 101, which is in the D-02 building of Haware Nirmiti on Plot No 15. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold office building. We spend a lot of time here looking at maps and checking on how the building sites are doing. The thing about being builders is that you’re always dealing with something unexpected. Maybe the cement didn't arrive or the weather is too hot for the guys to work safely. We just manage those things as they come. We aren't fancy people. Most of us wear regular clothes and spend more time on site than behind a desk. Kamothe is growing fast, and we are just trying to be a part of that growth without making things too complicated. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well. We talk to the contractors, check the progress, and make sure everything is moving along. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Our place at Haware Nirmiti is easy enough to find if you know the sector. We’ve been here long enough that we know how things work in this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s just us doing our daily bit in the construction trade.
