We set up our office at Panvel House No.302, which is right in the Ulwa area. Being so close to the Belapur-Uran Highway means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the heavy trucks passing by. That is just how things are in this part of Raigarh right now with all the construction going on. V-Saa Developers has been operating from this spot for a bit, and we have watched the whole neighborhood change. Our office is not anything special to look at. It has got some old cupboards for files and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, so the office is often empty except for one or two people handling the phone calls. Dealing with land and building projects in Panvel keeps us pretty busy.
