Unichemical Labs

Unichemical Labs is situated at Plot 90 in the MIDC area of Roha. Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and plants. It’s a dusty place sometimes, especially when the trucks are moving in and out. We’ve been operating from this plot for a long time. The building is functional, mostly concrete with large windows for some air. We do a lot of testing and chemical processing here. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a working lab. We have our equipment set up in the main hall and a small office space near the front gate. The heat in Roha can be pretty intense during the summer months, so we start our shifts early to get the heavy work done before noon. Most of our employees live in the nearby residential blocks. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or lobby areas. You just walk in through the side door if you need us. We focus on the batches we have to run for the week. The paperwork usually piles up on the desks by Friday. It’s a quiet environment, mostly just the sound of the machines and the occasional truck passing by. We’ve had the same sign on the gate of Plot 90 since we opened. It’s a bit faded now, but it still shows the name clearly enough. We just go about our business day by day, making sure everything is handled correctly. That's how we do it here.
