U.M Realtech Private Limited

U.M Realtech Private Limited is located at Shop-13 in the Angel Ark building. We’re right at Plot-23 in Sector-08, over in Kalamboli. Most people say Panvel, though the address says Pavel, so we just go with the flow of how locals describe it. Being in a shop-front unit means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. It’s a bit different from being tucked away in a high-rise. We get people walking by all the time, and the dust from the nearby construction is just part of life here. Kalamboli is growing so fast, and you can really feel it from our spot in Angel Ark. The office is small but it does the job. We have enough room for a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about real estate. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on full blast. We’re not fancy people. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of talk about plots and buildings. Being in Sector-08 is convenient because we can get around the area pretty quickly. Panvel is a long way from the main city, but it’s where all the new stuff is happening, so we’re happy to be here. We’ve been in this shop for a while and it feels like home now. Just a regular business doing its thing every day.
