You can find UA Developers and Enterprises Private Limited at Shop No. 7 in the Someshwar CHS building. We are located in Taloja Panchnand, Phase-I, which is out in the Raigad area. It’s a growing spot, and we’ve been here since things started picking up in Sector/Phase-II. Our shop is small but it serves us well for meeting people and looking over project maps. We handle a mix of development and various enterprise tasks around here. It gets quite hot in this part of Maharashtra, especially during the summer months when we're out on a plot. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. Just a local outfit trying to make things work in Taloja. There's a lot of paperwork with land and building codes, so we spend a fair bit of time at our desks in the shop. People stop by sometimes just to ask about what's being built next door. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners on the plot. It’s a decent place to work. We don't go for flashy signs or big slogans. We just focus on the jobs we take on and try to get them finished without too much trouble. Sometimes things go slow with the permits, but that’s life in Raigarh. We just keep at it, day by day, making sure the work is solid. It's not always exciting but it's what we know how to do best for our customers here.
