We operate out of Flat H-701 in Bhagwati Heritage, which sits in Sector 21 of Kamothe. Our work with concrete keeps us pretty occupied, and having our base here makes sense for the areas we cover. The building is quite large, sitting on several plots like 29, 47, and 52. Up on the seventh floor, we have a bit of a view, though we mostly spend our time looking at spreadsheets and project schedules. Kamothe is a developing area and there is always some sort of noise or movement outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet to discuss the next day's labor requirements. We handle a lot of the technical side of concrete care from this flat. It gets busy during the peak season and the living room becomes a makeshift meeting space. There are samples of materials sitting in the corner and a lot of pens that seem to go missing all the time. We try to keep things organized but when you’re dealing with construction, it’s always a little messy. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone visits, we just clear a spot for them to sit. It’s a practical arrangement that lets us stay focused on the actual work without worrying about looking corporate. Living and working in the same vicinity has its own rhythm and we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
