Terapanth Infrabuild Private Limited is over in Kharghar, which is in the Raigarh district. We are up on the seventh floor, specifically in Flat 701 of Plot-66 in Sector-20. The building is known as Akar Build & Dev. Kharghar is a growing area and Sector-20 is quite active these days. The view from the seventh floor is okay, mostly looking out over other buildings and the street below. Our pin code is 410210. It’s a typical office setup inside a flat. We use the rooms for different parts of the business. One room is full of files and another has the computers. It’s not some big fancy headquarters with a cafeteria. We just make our own tea and sit down to work every morning. Kharghar can get quite windy because of the hills nearby. We find that being in Sector-20 is convenient for getting around the Raigarh area. There are a lot of new developments happening around us, which keeps things interesting. We don't really have a reception desk or a sign in the lobby. You just come up to the 701 and knock on the door. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on unnecessary decorations. We prefer to keep it simple and just focus on the infrastructure work we have on our plate each day. The daily grind here is pretty much like anywhere else.
