We are located out in Karjat, which is a bit of a change from the usual city bustle. Specifically, we are at H No 35 in Gourrkamth. It is a quiet area in the Raigarh district, and you can see a lot of greenery when you look out. Tangram Estates Private Limited has its base here because it makes sense for the kind of estate work we do in this taluka. The air is a bit fresher here than in Mumbai or Pune, though the summers can get quite dusty on the roads. Our office is a straightforward building, nothing too flashy or modern. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around a few tables with our laptops and maps. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks or checking on different plots in the area. The 402107 postal area is where we do most of our running around. It is a lot of driving on narrow roads and making sure things are in order. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up, have some coffee, and see what needs to be finished for the day. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get the files sent eventually. It’s a grounded way to work, being close to the land we deal with. We like the pace here. It is slow but we still get everything done on time without much stress.
