Castle Pharma

Our place is out in the MIDC area of Bandhan, near Alibag. Specifically, we’re at Plot No- 17-1b. Being away from the big city like Mumbai is a bit different. It’s quieter out here, though the industrial estate itself still has its own hum. We focus on pharma products. It’s a lot of following rules and making sure the environment is clean. We have a fair amount of space on our plot, which is nice. It doesn't feel as cramped as the offices in the city. The commute for some of the staff involves a bit of travel, but the air is a little better here. We have a regular routine. The mornings are for checking the machines and the inventory. In the afternoon, we usually deal with the shipping side of things. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s mostly just people in lab coats or work clothes. Sometimes the power flickers, so we have to keep an eye on that. We’ve built this up over time, adding a bit here and a bit there. It’s not a showpiece, just a working factory where we make things that people need. We like being out in Alibag. It has a different pace, and we’ve made a good life for ourselves working on this plot.
