Sugatu Agro Products Llp is located in the Pezari area of Alibag, within the Raigarh district. Being based here puts us right in the middle of where the agro products are grown and processed. Our office is quite simple and sits right in the village, which makes it easy for us to meet with local farmers and suppliers. It’s not like a city office with glass walls or air conditioning. Most of the time, we have the windows open to let in the breeze, and you can hear the sounds of the village all day. We spend our time checking the quality of the produce and organizing the transport to get everything moved out. Raigarh can get very hot, so we try to get most of the physical work done early in the day. Our administrative side is run with just a couple of computers and some old-fashioned ledgers. People around Pezari know where we are, so they often drop by to talk about crops or check on their orders. It’s a grounded and honest way of working that suits us well. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just focus on the products and making sure the farmers get a fair deal and the customers get what they ordered. It’s a slow and steady business, and we are happy to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.
