We are over at Row House No.11 in the Bafana Bagub society. It is out in Chendhare, Alibag. Most people around here know where that is. We run Squaredeal India Maintenance Services Private Limited from this spot. It is just a regular place, nothing fancy. We spend a lot of time dealing with maintenance stuff for various properties around Raigarh. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is a bit quieter, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork. Being in Alibag means we see a lot of different kinds of buildings. We have been here for a bit now. The weather gets pretty humid, so that keeps us busy with repairs and keeping things running right. My desk is usually covered in notes from people needing help with their plumbing or electrical fixes. It is honest work and we just try to get to everyone as fast as we can. Working in a row house makes it feel more like a home than an office. We like it that way because it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. People stop by sometimes to ask about things. We have got our systems set up in the back room. It is not always perfect, but we make it work. Every day is a bit different. One day we are looking at roofs and the next we are sorting out cleaning schedules. That is just how it goes here in Maharashtra. It is a lot to keep track of most weeks.
