SPW INFRASTRUCTURE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

SPW Infrastructure operates out of Alibag, specifically near the Usar stop. We are based at Santosh Gopal Padekar’s place. It’s a more relaxed setting than a big city office, which suits us just fine. Alibag is a nice place to live and work. We handle infrastructure projects mainly around this region. We aren’t some big multinational firm. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Our setup is quite simple. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over some drawings or talking to a contractor on the phone. We take our work seriously, but we don’t feel the need to act like corporate executives. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the humidity or the monsoon season makes our work difficult, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We’ve been doing this long enough to know the local suppliers and where to get the materials we need without overpaying. Our days are full of practical problems to solve, like fixing a delay or finding a specific part for a machine. We don’t have a polished website or a marketing team. Most of our projects come from people who have seen what we can do in the neighborhood. It’s a quiet way of doing business, but it keeps us busy and we like the results. It feels good to see something finished and know we did it properly.
