You can find us at Bay Bliss, over in Sector-9 of Ulwe. We’re in Flat 302 of the B Wing. Ulwe is growing so fast these days, it feels like there’s a new building going up every week. We are part of that whole process, I guess. It’s a lot of work. Construction involves a lot more than just laying bricks; there’s a ton of coordination involved. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time between the site and the apartment we use as an office. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but this is where the development is happening. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place to keep the files and meet with the foremen. Working in Navi Mumbai has its own set of challenges, like getting materials delivered through the traffic. We’ve had some tough days where things didn't go as planned, but that's just construction for you. We just try to get the projects finished so people can actually move in. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid structures that people can use. It’s a noisy, messy business, but at the end of the day, you can see what you’ve accomplished. That’s why we do it. We'll probably be here for a long time as the area keeps expanding and new roads get built around us.
