Sonography Clinic

Our clinic is on the ground floor, unit G 24, inside the Grey Matter Diagnostics area. It’s part of the Centurion Mall in Seawoods East, specifically in Sector 19 A. Being in a mall is actually quite convenient for most people. We are across from the HP Petrol pump and near the Max Movieshaware, so there’s plenty of parking and things to do nearby. The clinic itself is fairly modern because the building is newer, but we keep it pretty simple inside. We have the sonography machines in the back rooms and a small reception desk at the front. The air conditioning is always running because the equipment needs to stay cool. I spend most of my time looking at screens and typing out reports. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. The walls are white and the floors are gray, which gives it a clean look, though it can feel a bit cold sometimes. We try to make people feel comfortable when they come in for their scans. It’s usually a bit quiet in here compared to the rest of the mall. You can’t really hear the shoppers or the movies from where we are. We have a small bench for people to wait on, and I try to keep the appointments moving on time. It’s a professional setup but without all the corporate fluff you see in the big chains. We just do our scans and help out.
