SKYTOUCH REALITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over in Panvel, at Flat Number 302 in the I Residency building. We are part of Phase 2 in Usarli Khurd. It is a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice when you need to focus. Skytouch Realities and Infrastructure is basically us doing the groundwork for new buildings and roads around the Raigarh area. Panvel is growing so fast these days. There is always a new road being paved or a wall going up somewhere close by. We keep the office very simple. It is mostly just some desks, chairs, and a few maps of the local plots pinned to the wall. We are not into high-pressure sales or anything like that. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help get it built. This part of Maharashtra is a big place, so we travel around quite a bit for our projects. Some days we are in the office all day doing the accounts, and other days we are out in the sun at a site. It is a good mix of work. We have a few regular clients who always come back to us because they know we do not mess around with the timelines. It is a small team and we know each other well. We just try to do a solid job so we can stay busy next year. The door is usually open if you drop by to talk.
