Our office is actually located in our own house over in Ulwa. We are at Plot Number 208 in Sector 24, right in the Gharat Ali area near the post office. We decided to run the infrastructure business from home because it just made more sense for us. It’s a quiet spot and we don't have to deal with the commute every morning. We have a dedicated space set up where we keep all the project documents and maps. Since we’re right in Ulwa, we see the changes happening in the neighborhood every day. We aren't a corporate giant; it’s just a local family-run operation. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and planning out small-scale projects. Sometimes our neighbors stop by for a chat while we're working. It’s a very different vibe than working in a big city high-rise. We don't have a bunch of secretaries or a glossy brochure to hand out. If you need us, you just come to the house or give us a call. We take pride in the fact that we handle things personally. It’s been a few years since we started SJM and we’ve slowly built up our reputation around here. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up. Working from Gharat Ali keeps us grounded and connected to the place where we live and work every single day.
