We operate out of a flat in Shreeji Aura, specifically unit 21 on the third floor of the Ruby A1 wing. It's right across from the HP petrol pump in Karjat. Raigarh is a bit quieter than Mumbai, which we actually like. It’s a residential-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We deal with lifestyle products, mostly things we can manage and store from here. The living room is where most of the packing happens throughout the day. We have boxes stacked up near the balcony waiting for the courier to arrive. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up and stops working, so we have to carry things up the stairs, which is quite a workout for us. We are just a small team, often just one or two of us at a time doing everything from answering calls to taping up boxes. Karjat has its own pace, and we try to stick to that rhythm. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We just want to do our daily tasks and get the items sent out to whoever ordered them on time. The view from the third floor is actually quite nice when the rain comes down over the hills. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living for us out here. We just take it one day at a time.
