Shriram Homebuild Developer Llp operates out of Shop No. 3 in the Sai Mahima building. We are located on Plot No. 1 and 3 in Sector 19, specifically on Road No. 11 in New Panvel. It’s a bit of a different setup because our office is basically a ground-floor shop. This makes it very easy for people to just stop by and have a chat about what we’re building. New Panvel is growing quite fast, and there’s construction happening almost everywhere you look. Our office is a simple, no-frills space. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of project plans lying around. We don’t have any big corporate mission or fancy marketing slogans. We are just local people who are involved in the development of the area. A lot of our time is spent out on the actual sites, so the office can be empty at times. When we are here, we’re mostly catching up on paperwork and talking to suppliers. The road outside can be quite noisy and dusty with all the trucks passing by, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a polished professional look. We just wear regular clothes and speak in plain English. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in Sai Mahima pretty well. It’s a friendly enough spot to work in. We just focus on getting our projects finished and dealing with the usual daily hurdles that come with the building business.
