Shefa Healthcare is out in the Taloja Industrial Area, specifically at A-10/1 in the MIDC section. Taloja is a bit of a drive from the main city, so it’s a lot of industrial plants and big trucks. We have a decent-sized facility here where we handle various healthcare supplies. It’s not a pretty place. It’s mostly metal walls and concrete floors. It gets very hot in the summer, and the fans just move the warm air around. We have a small office area that has an air conditioner, but it’s usually noisy. Most of our time is spent out on the floor checking inventory or loading shipments. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and some safety posters. The crew is mostly local guys who know how to work hard. We have a lot of routine. Every morning starts with a check of what needs to go out that day. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to stay late to finish it. We don't spend money on advertising. People who need our products usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been buying from us for years. It’s a straightforward business. We make sure the boxes are packed right and sent to the right address. That’s really all there is to it.
