Sharvari Organic Private Limited

We are based in Kalamboli, which is part of Malshiras taluka. Sharvari Organic Private Limited is run from house number 163, which is actually Dipak Uttam Pawane’s place. It’s a very local setup. We decided to get into the organic side of things because it felt right for our area. There’s a lot of farming around here, and we wanted to be a part of that. It isn't always easy. Some years the rain doesn't come when it should, or the logistics of getting things out of the village can be a headache. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning. We mostly work from the space we have available and talk to the farmers nearby. It’s a lot of sitting around and discussing how things are growing and what needs to be done next. We are just regular people. Our English might not be perfect, and our office might look a bit cluttered with paperwork and samples, but we care about the work we do. Being in a place like Kalamboli means everyone knows everyone. We can't really hide if we make a mistake, so we try our best to stay honest. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focused on the soil and the products we manage to put together. We just take things one day at a time here and hope for a good season.
