Seeta Ayurvedic Clinic

This clinic is tucked away in Shop No 12 of the Meera Arcade. It’s right in Sector 20 of Kharghar, which is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. The arcade itself has all kinds of shops, so there are always people walking past our door. It’s a small space, shared between the ayurvedic side and the cosmetic stuff. We have a lot of boxes stacked up in the back because there isn't much storage room. The air inside usually smells like sandalwood or some kind of herbal paste. We have a small counter where we handle the billing and talk to patients. It’s nothing like those big modern hospitals. It feels more like a local shop. Sometimes the light in the back room goes out and we have to use a torch until we can get it fixed. Most of our visitors are from the nearby residential buildings in Kharghar. They stop by after doing their grocery shopping in the arcade. We keep a few stools for people to sit on, but if more than four people show up at once, it feels very crowded. My hands are usually busy mixing powders or checking the labels on the bottles. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here in Meera Arcade. We open up in the morning and stay until the last person leaves in the evening.
