Sdm Hospital

Down in Sector 19 of Nerul East, we’ve been running this hospital for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise from the trains and the heavy traffic outside. We get a lot of local residents coming in because it’s convenient for them to just walk over from their apartments. The hospital itself isn't massive, but we pack a lot of services into the space we have. You’ll usually find the waiting room full of people from the neighborhood chatting while they wait for their turn to see the doctor. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how we talk to people; we just treat everyone like the neighbors they are. It gets pretty hectic in the mornings when the clinics open up, and sometimes the wait times are a bit longer than we’d like. We try to be honest with people about that. The staff here is mostly from the local area, so we understand the rhythm of life in Nerul East. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest hospital in the city, just a reliable one for the people living in Sector 19 and nearby. We deal with everything from common fevers to more regular health checkups. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing people walk out feeling better is why we keep the doors open. We just take things one day at a time here.
