Saomya Nitya Realtors LLP is based in Khalapur. Our office is actually a flat, number 402, in the Kewale Saomya Fortune Infra Ventures building. It’s a bit of a trek out to Raigarh if you aren't from around here, but we like the pace of things in Khalapur. It’s not as frantic as the center of Pune or Mumbai. We have a small team working out of the fourth floor. We handle a lot of local real estate matters, mostly focusing on the land and buildings right in this area. The building is a mix of living spaces and small businesses like ours. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a receptionist. Usually, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We spend a lot of time looking at local development plans. It’s quiet enough here that we can actually get things done. Sometimes we go down to the local shops for lunch. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any grand plans to take over the world. We just want to keep the business running and help out the people who come to us with property questions in this part of Maharashtra. It is a humble setup but it works for us just fine and we know the neighborhood quite well.
