We are located right near the Swami Vivekanand High School. If you are in the neighborhood, you can usually hear the kids playing during their break times. Our place is pretty basic. We deal with agricultural stuff, so there is often a bit of dirt on the floor and some heavy bags leaning against the walls. It’s a practical space designed for moving things in and out quickly. We don't have air conditioning, so it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors wide open. Most of our day is spent talking to farmers or people looking for supplies for their land. We know a lot about the local soil and what grows well around here because we’ve been at this for a long time. It’s not a corporate office with fancy computers. We mostly use a big paper ledger and a simple calculator to keep track of things. Sometimes the ink on the receipts smudges because our hands are a bit dusty. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we aren't loading bags into someone's cart. The school nearby is a good landmark, and most people use it to find their way to us. It’s a steady, quiet life, and we like the honest nature of working with people who grow things.
