You can find us at Flat-2 on the first floor of Neel Avenue. It is located right on Plot-5 in Sector-19, over on Matheran Road in New Panvel. Sai Neel Builders Private Limited is a local team made up of people who actually live around here. We spend most of our time dealing with residential projects. The office is a bit small and tucked away in the building, but it works fine for what we need. We handle all the paperwork there and meet with people who want to build something new. It is usually pretty busy with people coming and going throughout the afternoon. Panvel is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting up on a different block. We focus on the actual building side of things. It is not always easy, especially when materials do not show up on time or the heavy rain hits the coast. But we have been at it for a while now. We know the local guys and where to get the supplies we need without too much trouble. We do not have a massive marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just try to do a solid job on every site we manage. It is honest work and it definitely keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we are at the office late finishing up some drawings or checking the latest numbers. It is a bit of a grind, but we are used to it by now.
