Our business is located in Karkamb, which is in the Pandharpur area. We are based out of the residence of Sawant Babasaheb Govind. It is a very local operation. Saguna Infra Enterprises Private Limited is mostly about handling small to medium construction and infra work around this taluka. We do not have a big glass office in a city somewhere. We work right from where we live and where the actual projects are happening. Pandharpur is a well-known place, but Karkamb is where we spend our daily lives. The office is simple, just a place to keep our books and meet with local workers to discuss the day's tasks. We know the land here and the people who live on it very well. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us for many years. We do not use any fancy jargon or try to sound like a big Mumbai firm. We just do the work that needs doing. Whether it is a small road project or a building foundation, we treat it exactly the same. Sometimes the work is seasonal because of the weather, but we stay busy regardless. We do not spend any money on marketing because almost everyone in the village knows us anyway. It is a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the ground reality of building things in this part of Maharashtra. That is just how we operate.
