Sadeeq Foods Private Limited

Our little shop is over in Sector 2 of Kharghar, right in the Shah Royal building. It’s shop number 14. If you know the area, it’s near Plot 9/12. We’ve been at this for a bit now, running Sadeeq Foods. It’s not a huge operation, just a local spot where we handle food stuff. Navi Mumbai is growing so fast, and sometimes it feels like there’s a new building every week, but we’ve stayed right here. The morning rush is usually the busiest time for us, getting things ready. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just a few people who know about food and wanted to do our own thing. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so things get a little cramped in the back. That’s just part of life in a shop, I guess. We talk to a lot of the same people every day, which is nice. You get to know the delivery drivers and the folks living in the apartments upstairs. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s mostly about making sure things are fresh and that we didn't miss an order on the list. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on our feet, but it’s ours. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood here in Raigarh and doing our own business every day.
