Our office for Saburi Homes Private Limited is located in the Midtown Building, right there on Bazar Peth in Khopoli. It is H.No- 5, and it is a pretty central spot for anyone living around Raigarh. Khopoli has its own pace, especially during the rains when everything gets green but the roads get a bit messy. We have been in this building for a bit now, and it is where all the planning and the phone calls happen. The building itself is usually bustling with people going about their business, which gives us a bit of energy while we are stuck inside doing the books. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the housing stuff gets sorted without too much fuss. The 410302 area is where we feel most comfortable, and being close to the market means there’s always something happening right outside the door. We are not really into the whole corporate lifestyle, so our office is just practical—nothing too fancy, just some desks and the usual office supplies. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from Bazar Peth, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the work that comes our way. It is a steady job and we like being part of the Khopoli community, helping out where we can with local housing needs without making a big deal out of it.
