Sabu Francis

I am based over in Nerul, specifically in the Shiv Parvati Housing Society in Sector 21. My workspace is just a part of the house really, located on the surface level at B4-4-4. It’s a quiet area of Navi Mumbai, which I appreciate because it lets me focus on the work without too many distractions from the street. I’ve lived around here for years, so setting up shop in this society felt like the right move. I don’t have a big team or a storefront with neon signs. It’s just me doing my thing and making sure the jobs get finished on time. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the materials and papers lying around, but I know where everything is. Clients usually come by when they have something specific to discuss, and we just sit down and figure it out. It’s nothing formal. I think being in a residential society makes it feel more personal than those cold offices in the commercial districts. You get to know your neighbors and the people walking by. I take things as they come and try to do a solid job every day. There isn’t much more to it than that. It’s a small operation, but it keeps me busy and I like the routine of it. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, but this little corner stays pretty much the same.
