Royal Aqua is based at Plot No. 38 in the MIDC area. It’s an industrial layout, so it’s mostly just warehouses and other factories around us. We deal with water—mostly purifying it and then bottling it for people and businesses nearby. It’s a straightforward operation without any frills. We have the big filtration tanks and the bottling lines all set up in the main hall. It can get pretty loud and damp when all the machines are running at once. We spend a lot of our time checking the filters and making sure the water is clean. People need good drinking water, and we try to provide that without making a big fuss about it. There are a lot of delivery vans coming in and out of the plot throughout the day. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes to get everything loaded before the sun gets too high and the drivers get tired. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the routine really well. We don't have a fancy office to show off; it's just a small desk tucked in the corner with a lot of paperwork and a telephone that rings too often. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a real pain for production, but we have generators to keep things moving along. It’s a daily grind of filling, capping, and loading the trucks. We’ve been at this plot for a while now. We know our neighbors and the guys who drive the trucks. There isn’t much more to say.
