You can find us at Nangargaon, specifically at Srvy No 36/1/B/1, Plot No 1 2 3 4 5, in Flat RH2. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it is a nice quiet spot for a bakery business. We spend most of our time dealing with flour, sugar, and ovens. The smell of baking is pretty much always in the air around our flat. We aren't a big industrial factory; it is a much smaller setup than that. We started Rosette'S High On Bakes because we really enjoyed the process of making things from scratch. Our days usually start very early while most people are still sleeping. That is when we get the first batches into the heat. The kitchen gets quite warm, as you can imagine. We have some help from local people who come in to pack things up. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the market. But that is just how it goes when you are running a small place like this. We handle everything from the mixing to the cleaning up afterwards. It is hard work on the feet and the back, but seeing the finished products makes it feel okay. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized in the small space we have. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
