Riu Homes Private Limited is our company, and we operate out of Karanjade. Our office is at Flat-603, Plot No-A/121 in Sector-6. It’s quite near Panvel-1 and the Pargaon area. Karanjade is one of those places that feels like it’s being built from scratch every single day. There are cranes and trucks everywhere you look. We started this because we wanted to be part of the housing growth here. Our office is on the sixth floor, so we get a decent breeze most days. We focus on residential projects and helping people find their first homes. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local authorities. Most of our days are spent checking on construction sites nearby. We aren't a big chain with offices all over India. We are just here in Karanjade. The flat is our main base where we keep all the records and meet with potential buyers. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the site maps and samples of tiles or bricks. We don't go for the polished corporate look. We’d rather spend that energy making sure the actual buildings are going up correctly. People around here are looking for something reliable. We just do our best to provide that. The address is pretty straightforward if you follow the sector numbers. We’ve been here since the early stages of the sector’s development and plan to stay for a while longer.
