We’ve got our office in Flat 103 of Sai Plaza, which is located on Plot 40 in Sector-17 of Roadpali. It’s part of the newer developments in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Raigarh district. Real Realty Developers Private Limited is our company, and we spend most of our time looking at plots of land and figuring out how to turn them into something useful. Roadpali has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We’re right in the middle of that growth. Our daily life involves a lot of meetings with contractors and checking on various sites to see how the masonry and electrical work are coming along. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different moving parts. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a local developer trying to build decent spaces for people. The office is usually a mess of site maps and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. Building in Navi Mumbai has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather and the local regulations. We just take things as they come and try to solve problems as they arise. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building people can use. There is always a lot to learn in this business and we just keep trying our best.
