We started this company to focus on local projects and help develop the area around us. Our team isn't very big, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day we might be checking on a foundation, and the next we’re sitting in the office sorting out bills. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have any fancy slogans or marketing gimmicks. We just try to do decent work that lasts. Sometimes the heat out here makes the work tough, but we’re used to it. The office in Shiv Ganga is where we do all our planning. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a room with some desks and a lot of maps of the local land. We’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood since we set up shop. People know they can just come by and talk to us if they have a question about a project. It’s a steady life, and we like seeing how our work changes the landscape around Neral. It feels good to be part of the community and we plan to keep working hard.
