Rathi Dye Chem Ltd.

Our facility is at No. 40 in the MIDC area of Dhatav-Roha. Rathi Dye Chem Ltd. has been operating from this industrial plot for quite some time now. It is a rugged environment, as you would expect from an MIDC zone. There are big pipes, tanks, and the constant sound of machinery running in the background. We do not have a polished front office or a fancy reception area. Most of our space is taken up by the actual production and storage areas. The roads around Dhatav can get a bit rough, especially during the monsoon season. We see a lot of trucks coming in and out with supplies and finished goods. It is hard work, and the days are usually long. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We do not spend much time on anything that isn't related to the daily output. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet. It is definitely not a corporate skyscraper. We are surrounded by other factories and plants, so it is a very industrial atmosphere. We just focus on keeping the machines running and the orders moving out on time. It is a basic, no-nonsense way of doing business. We have been part of the Roha landscape for years. There is always something that needs fixing or adjusting, which keeps us busy.
