Our office for Raje And Deshmukh Construction Llp is over in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are in D 602 at Sai Saakshaat, which is on Plot Number 9 in Sector 6. It’s a decent area of Raigarh, and we’ve been here for a good while. The building is easy enough to find. From the sixth floor, we can see a bit of what’s going on in the sector. Kharghar is a bit more spread out than other parts of the city, which we like. We do a lot of construction projects, mostly around the local neighborhoods. It’s just a regular office where we sit and figure out the schedules and budgets. We aren't trying to be some massive company; we just like doing the work right. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at blueprints. We have a small group of people who have worked together for years. We know the local regulations and the suppliers in the Thane and Raigarh districts pretty well. Sometimes the commute can be a bit of a grind, but once we are at the office, it’s fine. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the process. People know us in Sector 6, and we’ve built up a bit of a reputation just by being consistent. It is a steady way of life and we just keep at it. The office at Sai Saakshaat is our base and it’s served us well for a long time.
