Rae Interiors & Contractors (Opc)Private Limited

Rae Interiors & Contractors is a small operation, just one person really, based out of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. The office is in Riviera, Plot No 37, specifically room 602 in the Avon building. It’s a Private Limited company but it’s an OPC, so it’s pretty personal for me. I’ve lived in this area for a while and saw how much it was growing, so I decided to stick with what I know, which is contracting and interior work. It’s not a big corporate firm with a hundred employees. It’s just me and some reliable workers I call when there’s a job to be done. Most days I’m out on a site, checking if the tiles are level or if the wiring is done right. The office is mostly for the boring stuff like bills and permits. Kharghar is a windy place, and sometimes it feels like we’re fighting the elements just to keep a site clean. I don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, someone sees a job I did for their neighbor and gives me a call. I don't use fancy words to describe what I do. If you need a wall moved or a cabinet built, that’s what I handle. It gets stressful when materials don't show up on time, but that’s just how the business is. I try to be honest about the costs because everything is getting more expensive these days. It’s just a regular local business.
