Our office is situated in Panvel, over in Sector 17 of Khanda Colony. We are specifically in the Bhoomi Landmark building, Office 504 on the fifth floor. Panvel has grown so much lately, and being in Khanda Colony puts us right in the middle of all that activity. The building is pretty easy to find since it’s a bit of a local landmark itself. We have a basic office setup here where we spend most of our week. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our small team to sit together and go over our latest plans. The windows look out over the sector, and you can see the new buildings going up all around us. We usually get to the office around nine and start the day by catching up on emails and phone calls. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is always running. We don’t go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or local contractors who have been working with us. It’s a busy atmosphere but quite relaxed at the same time. There’s a lot of coming and going, especially with the elevators always being in use by people from the other offices in the building. It’s a solid place to work from.
