Prime Spot Project Llp

Prime Spot Project Llp operates out of Shop No 8 in the Vikram Complex. We’re over in Sector 10 of Kamothe, right next to the Union Bank. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where that bank is. Our shop isn't huge, but it's where everything happens. We spend our days talking to people who want to know about projects in this area. Kamothe is growing fast, and being on Plot No 01 puts us right in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, sitting at our desks, making sure the project details are correct and the paperwork is filed. Some days are slow and we just chat with the neighbors, and other days it’s a constant stream of people coming in with questions. We like the pace of things here. Working in a local complex means you’re part of the community. You see the same people at the tea stall and you get to know the other shop owners. We handle the business side of things from this office, and we try to keep it as simple as possible. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. We’re just focused on making sure these projects in Sector 10 move forward like they’re supposed to. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in Maharashtra.
