Our office is up on the 8th floor of Shah Prima. That’s in Sector 2, Kharghar. It’s a good view of the area from up there. We are in the infrastructure business, so we deal with a lot of construction-related things. It’s a tough industry to be in. There are always deadlines and things that don’t go according to plan. We spend a lot of time on phone calls or visiting sites. Kharghar has been growing so much lately, and being in Plot No. 13 puts us right in the middle of all that development. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of people. We’re more like a small group that knows how to get things built. We don't talk in corporate jargon. We talk about materials, labor, and timelines. That's what matters in infra. Sometimes we’re at the office late trying to fix a problem or finish a bid. It’s not always glamorous work. It’s dusty and loud sometimes. But we’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the local regulations and how things work in this part of Navi Mumbai. We just want to keep working on projects and making sure they get finished. No big slogans, just the daily grind of the construction world in Kharghar. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the sites. It is just the way we have always done things here.
