Praveen Clinic

Praveen Clinic is located out in Shrivardhan, which is part of the Raigarh district. It is a small place because we are in a smaller town area. We don't have hundreds of staff members or multiple floors. It is just a simple clinic where people from Shrivardhan come when they aren't feeling well. The weather in Raigarh can be quite humid, so we usually have the fans running all day long to keep the air moving. The clinic has a front desk that’s a bit cluttered with papers and registers, and a couple of rooms for seeing patients. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets or fancy waiting rooms with soft music. Usually, you just hear the sounds of the street or people talking in the hallway. It’s a very local feel here. We know a lot of the families who come in because they’ve lived in Raigarh for generations. We don't try to be something we are not. It’s just a basic clinic for basic health needs. Sometimes we run out of certain supplies and have to wait for the delivery to come from the bigger city, but we manage. The floors are a bit worn from all the feet walking over them over the years. We just keep things going as best as we can. It’s a simple life and simple work here in Shrivardhan. We are just a small part of the community, really.
