PATIL CONSTROBUILD LLP

Patil Constrobuild LLP is based right out of Flat-205 in the Riddhi Siddhi Galaxy building. We are in Sector 34, which is a part of Raigad that’s seeing a lot of new stuff coming up lately. Our office isn’t some big corporate tower; it’s a flat where we do all our planning and keep our records. Usually, you’ll find a couple of us hunched over drawings or talking to vendors on the mobile. We deal with all sorts of building work around Maharashtra, mostly focused on the local needs here in Raigad. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual construction sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just how the business goes for us. We don don't go in for flashy ads or big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Being in a residential building like PL-97 means we stay pretty grounded. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Our day starts early because the heat can get tough later on, especially when you are out on-site. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while every project has its own set of headaches, we like seeing a building finally stand up. It’s a simple operation we run here, nothing too complicated or fancy for anyone who stops by to see us.
