Om Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find our physiotherapy clinic at 001 Monil Cottage on Plot No. 14-A in Sector 21. We are right near the Nerul Motor Training School, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Nerul is a big area, but Sector 21 has its own pace. We are located on the ground floor, which is helpful for our patients who are struggling with movement or recovering from injuries. The clinic is basically a few rooms with mats, balls, and some machines for therapy. We don't have a big front office staff or a fancy waiting room with glossy magazines. It’s just a practical space where people come to do their exercises and get some help with their physical pain. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch and move properly. It’s a lot of one-on-one time, so we get to know the people in the neighborhood pretty well. The sounds of the motor training school next door are part of our daily background noise. We don't use any marketing lingo or try to sell anything. We are just here at Monil Cottage, opening up every morning and helping whoever has an appointment. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we just focus on the physical work that needs to be done each day. If you are walking around Sector 21, you’ve probably seen our small sign near the entrance.
