Nestguru Realtors Private Limited

We are Nestguru Realtors Private Limited, based out of Ulwe in Navi Mumbai. You can find us at Shop No.24 in the Sm Vision building. It is on Plot No.166 in Sector 9. Ulwe is a newer area, so there is always some construction noise or dust around. We chose this spot because it is right where all the action is happening. Every day we see new people moving in or looking for a place to stay. Our shop is not very large, but it serves us well. We talk to people about buying and selling homes in Panvel and the surrounding sectors. It is a lot of walking around and showing people different sites. Sometimes the weather is too hot, but we still have to go out and check on things. We do not use big words or fancy brochures. Usually, it is just us and a notebook. We know the local layout and which buildings are coming up next. People around Sector 9 know us as the guys who are always in the office late. We handle the documents and the legal bits that come with real estate. It is a lot of detail work that most people do not like doing. We do not mind it much. It is just what we do to keep the business running. We have seen Ulwe grow from almost nothing to what it is now. It is a long process to get things right, but we stay patient.
