Neelnitin Foundation

Neelnitin Foundation is based in Kulgaon. We are at Flat No. E-001, which is in the Georgia section of the Panvelkar Estate. This is over by the MIDC in Shirgaon. It’s a ground-floor flat, which is handy for moving things in and out. We’ve set up our workspace right there in the apartment. It’s a local community, and we are just a part of it. We don't have any big corporate signs. Most people just know the number on the door. We handle all the paperwork and local coordination from this spot. Being near the MIDC area means there’s a bit of activity around, but our estate is usually quite calm. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or assistants everywhere. It’s just a few desks and a couple of computers. We keep our files organized in the back room. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we make do with what we have. We aren't trying to be some massive international organization. We are just a local foundation working out of a flat in Shirgaon. Kulgaon is our home base. We like being in a residential area because it keeps things feeling real. We just wake up, go to the office in the flat, and get to work. It has been a steady place for us to operate for a few years and suits our needs.
