Neel Quality Construction Llp

You can find us over at Neel Avenue in New Panvel. Our office is Flat No-02 on Plot No-05, right in Sector 19. We’ve been running Neel Quality Construction LLP from this spot for a while now. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or polished. We mostly focus on residential buildings around the Raigarh district. Panvel has changed a lot lately, and we’re just a small part of all the new construction happening. Most days, we’re out on the plots making sure the labor is on track and the cement is being mixed right. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets pretty stressful when things don't go according to plan. We don't have a big team of sales people. It’s usually just us handling everything from the permits to the final finishing. We like it that way because we know exactly what’s happening at every site. Sometimes we're a bit slow to answer the phone if we're in a noisy area, but we always get back to people. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from neighbors seeing what we’ve built and asking for our number. It’s honest, hard work and the sun can be brutal in the afternoons. But seeing a family move into a house we built makes it worth the trouble. We just try to build things that last without making a big fuss about it.
