We are based out in Panvel, specifically over in Shirdon Village at the Royal Ozone Life Space. Our unit is FL. No-207 in the BL-5A block. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like being out here where there’s a bit more room to breathe. The air is a little different than central Mumbai, which is nice for a change. We spend our time looking at land and figuring out where the next set of houses might go. It's a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. Panvel is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it all. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the Raigarh area pretty well. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow at the office, but we manage to get our work done. We deal with real estate and development, mostly focusing on the local plots around Shirdon. It’s practical work. Most days involve meeting people who want to move further out for some peace or looking at the progress of our current projects. We keep our paperwork in order at the apartment we use as an office. It’s a simple setup. We don’t see the need for a fancy storefront when most of our work happens on the ground. We often end our days quite late when the sun is already setting over the hills nearby.
