Morning Star Builders And Developers Private Limited is located in Kharghar. Our office is Flat 201 in the Satyam Empress building on Kopra Road. It is in Sector 10, right near Plot 104 and 105. Navi Mumbai has been growing so fast, and we wanted to be right in the middle of it. We are a small group of builders. We don't have a big fancy office with a view. We just use this flat to handle our business. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to laborers. When we are in the office, we are usually looking at maps or trying to figure out the next steps for a project. Kharghar is a good place to work, even if the traffic on Kopra Road can get a bit much in the evenings. We don't have a polished way of speaking. We just tell people what we are doing and how long it will take. Sometimes the rains stop the work, or the materials don't show up on time. That is just how the building business goes. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. We aren't interested in being the most famous developers. We just want to build decent places for people to live and work. The office is usually quiet during the day because we are all out, but it’s where we meet up at the end of the day to check our progress.
