MJT Infra LLP is tucked away in Hetavane, which is part of the Roha taluka in Raigarh. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but we like it out here. The office is right where the action is, near the sites we usually work on. We’ve been a local fixture for a while. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or social media stuff. Most of our time is spent on the ground, making sure the work gets done right. The office in Hetavane is pretty basic, just a place to keep the tools and the paperwork dry. It gets quite dusty around here during the summer months. We have a small team, mostly people from around the Raigarh area who know the land well. We don't pretend to be something we're not. We're just a group of people who know how to handle infra work. You’ll usually see our vehicles moving around the local roads early in the morning. It’s quiet work, but it’s important for the area. Sometimes we grab a bite at the local stalls nearby during our lunch break. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. That's how we've always operated. We're proud to be a part of this community and hope to stay here for a long time. It’s just how things are done in our part of Maharashtra.
